Setting up your space

It’s important to have a safe place for your practices. This will be a place that you will come to whenever you do your yoga, guided meditations, self-care, journal, and anything else you’re called to create in this space.

You will want to a place that’s quite, uncluttered, relaxing and calm.

Create the space ambience with candles, relaxing music, crystals, and whatever else you’re called to add.

Be sure to give thanks for your sacred space.
