The importance of stretching your body

We hold onto emotions and key information in the fascia. When we don’t move or stretch the body, it can become trapped in there and can cause aches, tightness and pain.

It’s important to stretch your body daily to feel your best.

So, stretch your body slowly and breathe as you stretch. Allow yourself to be there with the body as you stretch. If your mind starts to wander, just gently bring yourself back to your breath and body. Give thanks to your body.
